As part of our commitment we offer the drugs used for Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) for treatment of NeuroEndocrine Tumors. Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) is a form of molecular targeted therapy which is performed by using a small peptide (a somatostatin analog similar to octreotide) that is coupled with a radionuclide emitting beta radiation. The treatment involves delivering radiation to tumor cells by attaching one of two radioactive isotopes to a drug that mimics Somatostatin, the hormone that regulates the entire endocrine system and the secretion of other hormones.
Our products have been developed in collaboration with leading European centers that have been performing such treatments for a number of years. Our drugs have been approved by the appropriate authority of the Ministry of Health and are marketed using under relevant regulatory approvals. We supply the following in purpose designed shielding for the treatment process.
